Yes this is one of the anxiety symptoms that is very common and makes you feel yuk and even can make you feel more anxious which makes you get hotter and sweat even more !

When I feel like this I open the windows even the door or put one of those fans on to help me cool down , hope you are feeling a lot cooler and more relaxed since your post
