Today i took 2 sudafed since iv had awful anxiety just had my chest go hot ... scared trying not to panic. I had a better day yesterday now am scared again

Hi Vik, my Mum suffered terrible when she was alive with chronic sinusitis, she had nose bleeds when it was so bad. She suffered with dizziness, head aches, when its affecting the sinus tract its ears nose & throat but the sinus tract runs through part of the higher forehead. The spray will help sooth the sinus down, I suppose you can compare it with how an inhaler works but with antihistamine & things appropriate for the sinus. When taking this before taking something like Sudafed I think it would be worth just running it by the pharmacist, they will do a check to make sure you can take these together but obviously at different times. You will feel better when you put your mind at rest. I think also you have been anxious for so long that you could be worried you affect your results. I think you are doing really well, it's a lot to take in. You will be ok I promise 😊 xxxxx

Had awful wat i think panic attack last night . Iv had a hard week ct scans etc and get so worked up something really wtong as been ill 8 weeks which ct scan bloods all ok guess i in vicious circle . Last night my chest went hot felt sick dizzy pins needles . Id stopped beta blockers day b4 so guessing that didnt help so i took one just dont bo wat to do
