For the past few month, or so I've had difficulty sleeping much at all. My hands and feet constantly sweat even when I'm bear foot. Ruining my shoes with the constant wetness. I've noticed I'm losing somr hair. I feel over heated sometimes with a rapid heart beat. My life choices have me in a lot of debt. Which is what I believe is causing all of this. I'm not going to get out of debt over night. What can I do so I don't feel like this?

Hi, have you seen a doctor by any chance? Sometimes the symptoms you display could be thyroid. A simple blood test could rule that out. Dealing with anxiety over your debt situation could be help by relaxation tapes and deep breathing, like helly1
said. I never go to bed without my meditation/relaxation tape. That has become my best bed buddy. It can't hurt, it can only help whatever the cause is. Wishing you
well.
Hi, I'm not sure what country you are in but here in the UK there are lots of paid and voluntary organisations that can help you manage your debt. The voluntary are there for advice and the paid one's take over all control of the debts and deal with it for you. The creditors then aren't to contact you but the company you are paying to deal with it. Obviously as with everything there are legitimate and crooked companies out there so if you have this type of thing where you are it may be worth looking around at them so they can deal with with the worry not you. As you say they aren't going to go overnight but if they are being dealt with and you aren't being hassled it may be a bit of weight lifted.
Shop around really well and seek out recommendations though
Good luck x
