Kalms

Anyone tried these for anxiety? I took 2 last night I was so chilled out.. I've been doing pretty good lately but thought they might just take the edge off?

I have tried them on and of over the years I am 50/50 about them when I have sometimes I thought they were doing something other times I was not so sure but the main thing is we are all different and they sound like they helped you

I am pleased you are doing a lot better I really hope it long continues

Hey Thankyou so much for replying.. Today has been a good day just a couple of worrying thought but I suppose it's better than all day worrying! Gunna stick them out see how I get on x

Both my partner & brother in law found really helpful. BIL also used the night ones, as is police officer & sleep patterns were not regular & found they were really good
