Do you try reading in bed , I usually find that sends me to sleep I often find my book on the floor in a morning because I must have fell asleep when reading it

I dont understand why the doctor wont give me anything im sooo depressed each time I leave the docs they just say to me that I need to see a councellor like im some crazy woman who needs psychiatric help. X

Thank you... Just took it few hours ago .... So I'm.gonna have a wee day in bed...snuggling up...with junk food and book lol... Fingers crossed. Hope you're well xx
