All I know and not trying to be mean but with this anxiety thing. My life has never been the same since may of 1999 no matter the meds or doctors my life was taken that day. It Sucks but I got nothing else hope everyone has better luck

be positive, if something was not good u wouldn't be here to tell anything , say thank u lord for you r are still alive, just work on it dear, do some meditation , and exercises daily on basis eat well and get yourself into so much happening activities. and i m sure life will be as same as before 1999. Yes you are right what I mean us things like flying going on a boat things I loved to do with ease can't ever do them again the attacks are insane to control I even waked off a plane about to take off lost the entire trip I can't ever be the same

Hi. It is interesting you give a specific date in your post. What happened to make that so memorable for you? As a therapist myself, I am always looking for triggers and important events to explain some things - so if you feel you can, please explain about that date.

Hi thanks for the response I say that date because before that day I never had this condition that's destroyed my life missed out on so much. Stuff. Traveling relationship etc. Before that day I could fly take cruises not worry. Now forget it will never happen

You know what come to think of it before 911 i never had seperation anxiety which ulitmatley ruined my marriage. I did all that stuff in the 90,s
