So I was thinking today when is my cbt going to start coz this anxiety is a nightmare!! It's like she heard me and I have my first session next Wednesday day before my birthday!! Best present ever 😜 Can't wait to go in there and hopefully kick anxietys ass!!!

Just give it time...and be like "I am on a mission~" ...and do not become discouraged. And it you DO, once in awhile...heck, its ok! You'll get past it!! I am excited for you, too. Keep us updated!! Take good care!
