The past few days I've been resetting my sleep cycle. I managed to sleep by 2-3 and wake near 12.
I have headaches constantly now. Sometimes I feel nauseous too. But mostly I have this breathless feeling where I feel I have to yawn for more air and I feel my trachea is tight. But when I don't focus on it I don't feel breathless. I also feel like my heart beat isn't very strong. I'm only 19 and doctors just keep saying its anxiety. My heart rate is around 82-85. Idk what's wrong and I keep fearing I'll die. Can someone help?
