The last couple of days been doing great meds are working to melo me out. But today i was aeound alot of paint and welding fumes today. Know chest feels tight and congested. With that anxiety kicks in worrying about all the things that relate to that. I know i cant let the mind wonder and wonder so makeing these post helps make my mind travel other place. So i hope others read this and realize to that there not alone and be strong and take control of your anxiety and pank attacks thanks for listening.

I cannot be around paint fumes at all. I get dizzyheaded, full headed and congested. It does trigger my anxiety but is not started by it.
You are a brave person. Congrats. on sharing your feelings and helping the rest of us feel better.
