Overcoming anxiety /harm ocd

Well where do a start since starting the linden method it's only been last 3 days I have had no anxiety and no ocd and been able to keep off all sites and Google looking for symptoms all the time so hopefully stays this way it feels really odd feeling normal again and thinking normal ....

Wow amazing well done, I've been reading up on the Linden method myself and you've definitely given me inspiration to try it.

You should really give it a go what have you got to lose the way a looked at it .... it has felt strange today as am usually worrying and reassuring my self constantly about my harm ocd thoughts to keep my anxiety at bay ... it was more about brecking the habit .... let me no if you decided to give it a go

Firstly, go you!!! How amazing you must been being anxiety & OCD free for 3 days so far. That's it awesome! May I ask what the linden method is? I need to try this :)

Hi and thank you ... you buy your pack online and it explains everything when it comes dvds etc .... give it a go but it is hard but a believe we can all get ovwe this as it is all in are heads ...
