ok well today i woke up feeling small sickness so got up quicker than i normal would because im trying to fight it more...took a bath...got some sun...sun finally came out...did 10 pushups out there too. trying hard to fight!

sickness scale when waking 4 or so

right now about a 3...pretty decent currently but things change from moment to moment.

(1-10...the lower the better, 1-2 means i could be able to live normally with little things)
