So I have been dealing with anxiety for 3 years now, but the doctors never said it was anxiety they just said I had stomach problems but we found out this year it actually was anxiety. So today in school I walked to class doing my normal thing and I sat down and went through the class but then the bell rang and when I stood up my legs were very shaky and I felt very weak. Can I collapse if I start walking when I feel weak and shaky? My vision started to get blurry but otherwise nothing much happened. But what about next time this happens? What should I do? Should I tell someone? Should I just ignore it? Should I not fight my body and just fall to my knees?
