everyday I wake up and within a few seconds my body is riddled with adrenaline. I feel sick, I can't eat, im shaking, my stomach is in knots. Has anyone else had this? how did you overcome it? I literally feel like I can't go on like this much longer. Please help.

I feel the exact same as you okay you're not alone, if there is any way at all I can help I will, I've never really had experience with people who have anxiety so it'll be new for you but as I'm going through it aswell I figure we could find ways to overcome this. I had this for a full year. I lived on Pepto every morning. Could only stomach a fried egg on toast at bkfst and chicken noodle soup and toast for dinner. I did a full year of therapy and it was a THOUGHT a belief a story I was telling myself at my core that caused it. One day, it was just better, and the next good too, and soon enough I was eating out again, and gained back all my weight. Pepto helped me, and when my stomach would soothe I felt more relaxed.
