Anybody else get a twitching in one eye that won't go away it's been going on for like a week!

Oh yeah. Comes from being tired, stressed and also from looking at the screen a lot (eye strain). For me it's usually the screen. Magnesium can sometimes help it relaxes muscles and you may be depleted if you drink a lot of coffee and eat a lot of refined sugar.

Yes it happens to me it's usually from lack of sleep or could be low in magnesium try taking some supplements and drinking more water, eye twitching is nothing to worry about I remember having a twitch every day for a month way before I even had anxiety and it went away eventually I think it was due to lack of sleep.

It's definitely stress related...my eye used to twitch during stressful times and now when it happens, it's my cue to slow down and relax a bit more!

Had it loads of times. Mainly my left eye for some reason.

Maybe a coincidence, but right after reading your post, my right eye started twitching and continues doing it every few minutes. Annoying isn't it?

Yes so bad feels like my eye is having a seizure lol I hate it!!

I keep getting a spasm under my eye and then I get like a pulse behind my eye add sometimes pain. Is that the same thing as twitch?

Yes!!!bloody nuisance.i wrote same question last year and got loadsa responses.if u can see my questions.it will go after week or so.try face exercises.are you stressed more than normal?
