Advice

Been having a heavy head and pressure especially in the back of my head and neck does anyone get this and what helps? It's starting to freak me out I got an MRI that came back normal but I'm still scared

Yes I have this at the moment in the left side of my head. It has a slight pressure also. It makes me feel weird. My neck and shoulder muscles ache as well on the left side. I have been really anxious lately. I have had two panic attacks in the last two months. The after effects seem to hang around abit. Yes I know the feelings can be scary, it scares me but I try my best just to float through the feelings and that seems to help.

Also I find massages help me also with the head and neck feelings.
