Yes I get this also! I can't concentrate because I think there is something wrong with my head. I mainly feel weird on the left side of my head. My muscles in my neck and shoulder in my left side ache.
I get the shakes and then get really tired. Sometimes my head gets so foggy I feel like I will faint but know I won't. It's very scary feelings.
I have been reading this book that has helped me understand a lot about anxiety it's called Self help for your nerves from Dr Claire Weekes. When I have these feeling I read the book to calm myself down. I recommended this book.
