I have a bad bad sleeping pattern. I become complacent and my whole pattern is disrupted. I sleep during the day and wake up at night. And today I tried to sleep at night and I keep waking up in the night after every few hours without any bad dreams just panicky. It happens for Weeks every time. Today I had horrible anxious feelings all day. I had nausea and I gagged on the road. I keep feeling strange and unreal and I keep being fearful of the symptoms specially when my feet feel cold and numb. And when I am so sleepy but at night when I lie down its like my cells oppose the sleeping. They fight to keep me awake and I really don't know what to do.

I can sleep great in the day but nights . . I just don't know. Then i worry that i should be asleep and know ill be tired next day. Usually end up downstairs on sofa watching something relaxing till i drop off. David Attenborough nature programs lol

Hi I find I have to sleep for couple of hours during the day, always after I have been doing something, does not have to be much anything really, but as for sleep pattern, typing this at 4am woke at 3.20 loo break that's it for another then may get back to sleep, crazy
Perhaps you should see your doctor and get some sleep medication. I have bouts of not sleeping and find that amitryptiline is good for getting you back on track. You've got into a vicious circle and need to get it sorted. Good luck!
Uneven slept on wink last night feel like Iv been out all night drinking, feel awful getting out now can't stand this sleeping pattern it's awful, I could just get in to bed and have a lovely sleep but Iv got to fight it ,
