Keep positive sunshine it does work the happier you are the less anxiety, looked in mirror and said to myself pick herself up your gonna have a good day today, somedays when I'm feeling strong and a thought comes in my head I say an abrupt no and concentrate on things around me, change the way I'm thinking, it does work. Xxx tell negative thoughts to jogg onn, think good thoughts, if you can learn to do this you can control your anxiety, cause thats what it is a thought anxiety is thoughts full of negativity. Like a naughty inner child wanting attention, well mine is she can be a bugger at times and wont take no for an answer, try looking at it like that your inner child is the negativity and your positivity is you as an adult and take control as the adult, it works for me and today I'm having a good one because she's not getting my attention today xxx love xxx mandy😁
