I've seen this before and it also made me feel better because my thought process are almost spot on to this video. I think this visor is good to show family and friends that don't have the disorder to can an idea of how we feel and our mind works.

Thank you for uploading. It was really helpful in that it hit me once again, just how common this illness is. And how destructive. Having said that, it also reminded me that I'm not alone. And that fact alone made me feel a little better. Anxiety, like depression and any other illness, can be the loneliest and miserable experience on earth. That's why I'm so glad I found this supportive site

Well that was spot on. I have felt this so many days. Made me feel better, And I'm going to have to try and stop those thoughts the second you get one. If you don't refocus thoughts in your head thats the vicious cycle your mind put you through. thanks for sharing good luck and be well

Very good it just reminds me of myself especially. With the smoke and all the crazy taughts
