Soooo much fuckedup by my anxiety... Y cnt I live normal life... Fed up of worrying all the time.... Just wanna die rite now.... This anxiety is killing me

If like me anxiety makes you think you're dying...and that scares you...? So just think you don't want to die as it's a fear but you feel as if you cannot cope right now...I've been there many of times where I felt I can't carry on but these thoughts will pass I promise you'll go on to have a good days but there will be bad days too..speaking to others experiencing the same will help you...keep fighting because you're strong it will not beat you don't let It take over your life..the world is a beautiful place you just can't see it right now...but you will do :) xxx

It's not about dying... I feel I m going crazy... I keep judging myself... Lets suppose if I spelled something wrong I I'll be like see my mind isn't working... I feel always on edge

I know the feeling well. Try this exercise: on a piece of paper draw up three columns. In the first column, list your worries. In the second column list what the worst thing can HAPPEN in each problem. In the third column, list all the strategies you can use and circle ONE.

Turn your worries/anxiety into thinking about an Action Plan which is a type of antidote for excessive worry. It also helps to keep things in perspective. Break down your strategies into small do-able chunks in order to ward off procrastination. Doing this will provide you with a mental distraction.

DITCH those negative thoughts right here, right now. Get into the daily habit of controlling your anxiety instead of letting it control you.

Talk with your GP re meds. Get a referral to a psychologist who will teach you coping techniques. This is all going to take hard work, but it can be lessened and then beaten, however you do not sound in need of professional help, so please reach out for help.
