Tell God you need help and believe in him because he is real and he's given many great miracles to people

To many of us, Tabish, "God" is not some big guy sitting on a cloud that runs everything and hands down favors or punishment... EVERYTHING IS 'god'....It's the Source of all Life that runs through and makes up everything... and this is IN YOU... so instead of thinking you have to pray to some entity who may or may not 'grant you' what you want...don't think of it that way... picture it as what is IN YOU ... Just sit and talk to it...there is that totally perfect part in you already that you are reaching for... Just sit and talk...and just know it cares.

Have you been to a dr and are you on any meds... the Source works through EVERYTHING....

The proper advice you should be getting is to seek therapy - go and see your doctor. As a psychotherapist myself, I know that you will get real help with your difficulty. I wish you well

Please go and see a Dr and ask to be referred to a psychiatrist for correct meds, and also a psychologist who can help you work through the dying issue. Why, where, when did this worry start, etc.

I'm a Christian and yes I most certainly do believe in God. Without His presence in my life, I very much doubt that I'd still be around. Talk to Him like you would to a person sitting in front of you. Tell Him your fears. Please remember the following: He sends us tools to help us and some of those tools have been mentioned: Dr, meds, psychologist. Heck, you've even managed to find this site. Buy anyway, He does listen and He will help but you also need to actively help yourself.

You're not alone Tabish, so please try and remember that all times, okay?
