Don't know what to think anymore

Lately I've been having some horrible cluster headaches that just make my anxiety that much worse.. At times I feek part if my face feel tingly and kind of numb.. Any of you experience this?

I've just started getting headaches in the last few days no tingly feeling but sometimes my head feels really hot...but not on the outside like its coming from inside my body.

Do you sleep well or are finding it difficult too? I think that's what is causing mine well that and constantly on edge xx

I think im not sleeping well I wake up a lot during the night..

I have sleeping issues and it bring headaches and sickness.. I take pills and a long walk sometimes...

If you are having trouble with sleeping, you can try medicines like Ambien to get better sleep.
