Symptoms

Every morning I wake up with chest and back pains feel like I can't breath I've gotten every test all normal but this is an everyday thing I feel horrible anyone have this?

Hi.... Sorry your goin through this anxiety an there symptoms can be really horrible, yes I suffer symptoms but not pains in my chest, there is sooo much anxiety can cause.... Has your Dr mentioned it could be panick attack related ?? X

Yes he told me its all from the panic attacks but I just don't believe him it's bad

Yes your chest pains will be down to panic attacks.... I have symptoms of anxiety in not anxious but ave the symptoms.... Numb feeling, migraine auras shaking hot.... Its vile x

I have had anxiety for years! I am 26 year old female and it had driven me crazy. I have gone to several Dr.'s and had several trips to the ER. One day shortly after I started birth control pills I experienced trouble breathing. Of course this scared the hell out of me because i thought I had a blood clot but I had scans on my lungs and they were fine. I had to realize it was just a part of anxiety. I was prescribed paxil but once it made me chest burn at night I threw it away! I have emergency Xanax that I was taking almost on a daily basis. My anxiety was so bad that it made depressed. I never wanted to come out the house it was horrible! I recently started taking Vitamin B and every few days magnesium. I also started working out and I feel great. I haven't took my Xanax in over a week. I really believe this has healed me. Please give this a try!
