It seems my anxiety symptoms change every few months, i get used to certain feelings and i get used to the fact its my anxiety, then all of a sudden a new symptom appears and i always end up thinking i have a severe illness. My new symptom is feeling fuzzy/heavy headed and i begin to panic that im going to pass out or collapse, i feel as though my ears are blocked too, does anyone else get this?

Hello, I’m the exact same. My anxiety seems to be worse the past few weeks! Always think something bad will happen to me. I know deep down it’s just anxiety but I always think the worst it’s a vicious circle. Try not to worry nothing bad is going to happen x

Hi! I have really had control of my anxiety for around 2 years now wothout medication, i would get the odd flare up but recently mine has been really bad too. Its so hard taking back control of your brain sometimes and then when i am calm i think back and think how ridiculous i am sometimes lol

Yes I get those feelings and they are frightening and overwhelming

I'm exactly the same. I'll stop getting symptoms in one part of my body and think oh thank goodness and then another part of my body will be effected. Lately it's my head and I'm now convinced something is seriously wrong.

Mine was palpitations too but they stopped when I got put on medication. Now I just get symptoms every where else!! I find mine are worse when I'm home alone. I was ok over the weekend whilst my other half was off work but seen as he's gone back to work today I'm not so good 😕

I relate to your post very much. I feel like I get new physical symptoms and then get used to them and just when I get used to it then a new one pops up. I feel like everyone that I talked to has high anxiety right now. Physical symptoms are so very scary. Are you in therapy? I've been back in therapy for 8 Months and what a huge difference it has made. I went from wanting to go to the emergency room every time I had a panic attack to now doing all my breathing and grounding techniques that I've learned in therapy and not wanting to go to the emergency room and just letting the anxiety pass and accepting that is just anxiety and panic. Best of luck. Stay strong!

No, i was thinking about CBT but not went to see about that yet, most of the time im really good at keeping my anxiety under control but recently not so much, i can be fine for weeks/months at a time then all of a sudden it appears, which is what has happened recently

My anxiety symptoms seem to change every other week which, in a way, is fortunate. The only symptom that has stuck with me for over a decade is the constant nausea. It's...difficult to live with.

You are not alone. I try to think of it as, Okay, I'm suffering from something new and scary but you know what? It's not going to last. You're going to be okay just like you always are.

That seems to help. I know talking to oneself is seen as being a sign on instability but in the case of anxiety, sometimes talking ourselves down is the best way to live with it.

Take care. :)
