Is this anxiety... i feel i cant breathe that much. Some phlegm stuck with my throat. :/ i need to cough always. I have panic attack yesterday. Is this part of panic attack.

It could be very well the fear playing on your mind from the panic attack you had yesterday and you may have some congestion which will not be harmful but makes you feel you want to cough to move it

Try and put what happened yesterday behind you and when you keep coughing tell yourself that you are fine it won't harm you but is you have a long term problem with the phlegm you could always see your Doctor
