Anxiety and depression... Dog died in front of me

Today i experience the worst thing ever my best friend died in front of me. I burst into tears , now im out of tears but it hurts to much. I miss him alot i dont know what to do. I keep praying hoping he will come back. Someone please help me this depression is so though to beat.

I am so sorry to read your post , I presume this was your dog ?

You are going to feel like you do for a while you must be in shock if it happened so sudden

Allow yourself time to grieve and no it is normal to cry at a time like this

I hope you have some friends or family that can help support you and if you feel this is all to much go and see your Doctor

I'm sorry about your loss. You are in mourning and you need to mourn to feel better. The pain will lessen. You can cry and mourn but still continue with your life. Talk to family and friends about your loss. Talking and keeping busy helps. I'm sure he knew he was loved and well taken care. Unfortunately dogs have a short life span. He is in dog heaven. Your pain will ease soon.
