Does anybody feel really bad of a morning and just cannot get out of bed? Just the thought of getting washed and dressed seems too much... :-S

Every morning is hard for me..dizzy lightheaded...I have to get my girls off to school and its so hard..I'm in my third week of lexapro for anxiety and depression but I still have to take a xanax daily until it builds up in my system

Yeah. I barely get sleep from anxiety and i have to wake up in 7 in order to go to school. I feel terrible. I don't want to leave my bed. It's too much for me. I usually have a panic attack caused by this.
