So tired..

Woke with anxiety and been battling it all day, Ive repainted alot of the woodwork in the house just to keep myself busy, not easy when you have back troubles.

Good for you though trying to keep yourself occupied ,I no that isnt easy when we feel like you do , can be alot easier to get under the duvet for the day , so give yourself some credit

i am letting my kitchen be painted as we speak , my son is a decorator , but I am still struggling , I want it done , i have had the paint since Christmas but with my OCD , it causes me anxiety as I dont like to se things been moved & so on

So I am trying not to go in & look , i am finding it hard work though , but i no I will like it when its finished

Hi LM sorry to hear you did not have a good night last night, that is very good that you kept busy all day and with a physical task, I only managed to go for a drive today and my dads for half hour, but I thought its better than nothing , I was going to go to a café nearby that's in a garden centre with tables and chairs outside, but my eldest daughter did not want to go, so I didn't go, maybe tomorrow. Also thank you for replying to my post yesterday. I hope you get dome sleep tonight,

Hi Bonnie, yeah I saw your post yesterday and felt for you, it's horrible when it's bad....keep on moving Bonnie. I'm happy you got out for a while, I went to a friends house but there were too many people there and I had my dogs with me in their garden, it was way too hot for my dog Jenson as he suffers in the hot weather so stayed for about ten mins then returned home. xxx

Thank you , Well you went out as well , it is very hot for the dogs, in fact its to hot for me, you say one of your dogs is called Jenson, so is mine, named after Jenson Button , He is not a Staffordshire is he ? mine is I have two Jenson and Tilly.

Amazing lol My Jenson is tan and white and tilly a female is black with white chest and white paws, she a very small staffy, Jenson is a bit bigger.

Jetstar I had a alsation a few years ago he died of old age, he was great as he did not let the then husband now ex, into the bedroom, he sat outside the bedroom door to make sure of it. It was a bonus. lol

I have a Bob, he's a cross between a cocker spaniel and a westie, my mother in law had a staffie called cassie unfortunately she passed away 2 weeks ago xxx

Lovely pic, I will have to get pics of mine on my laptop, that will be a task, And the pinching food bit must be a Jenson thing as My Jenson is always stealing Tillys food if he can get it, he is so greedy. And what lovely colours as well, A neighbour has a blue and he asked if he could mate it with my tilly when she old enough as she only 16months at the moment. I don't think that will be a good idea as I will be tempted to keep a pup. They are such great dogs, just given a bad reputation due to bad handlers.

Sorry you've had a bad day. I envy your energy though and I'm so pleased you've been able to turn your anxiety into something positive. I've really struggled to get off the sofa today. I've done the laundry though so that's something!!!!!

My boys are softies, Milo is a year and 8 moths and Jenson is now 8 and a half months....i love my boys, they are so loving, already Jenson has grown bigger than Milo..it must be all the food he steals lol xxx

I used to have a Berniese like that. She'd bring a ball or stick back a couple of times and then look at you "if you want it what do you keep throwing it away for?" style!!!!!
