Funny feeling in head

I can't sleep and I've been having this funny feeling in my head for hours now it's unexplainable just pressure behind eyes and nose and feeling empty anyone have this? So scared please help

I get very stuffy in the mornings, feels like pressure and in my ears and nose too, the change in weather does mine, think its called neuralgia. If worried pop to docs or even chemist. I wouldn't worry too much. Xxx mamdy
