Blood Clot worries

Hey all. Two days ago my fingertips turned blue . went to the hospital to check it out, they said it was Raynaud's and it was perfectly normal. I don't know if I should believe them because there are also blue dots on my wrists that go away. Also there are blue veins that are visjble on the right sids of my left knee, I'm scared its a blood clot or a broken vein? I need some reassurance asap I am terrified.

Please listen to your Doctor and take comfort in the fact they said 'perfectly normal'. The anxiety (not reality) is causing you to question the results. What you are fearing is the perception your anxiety has. but that is not reality. It feels like reality but it is the distortions the anxiety put on our thought. Be gentle with yourself and give yourself permission to rejoice in a wonderful diagnosis! They said you were completely normal.

No problem at all. Anxiety causes you to completely dismiss the wonderful news you doctor gave you.
