Headache and chest pain alternating!!!

Hello

I lay in bed with horrible pressure in my head that keeps on coming on out of no where. It's been happening for the past 9 days. When my headache goes away I get my chest pain back. When my chest pain starts to go away I can feel the pressure start to build in my head then my eyes start to get blurry and my ears start to ring. I also get dizziness and the side my headache is on my face feels heavy /weak. I can smile and move everything. My brain keeps telling me I have a blood clot moving from my heart to my brain daily. About 3 to 4 times a day. It's driving me nuts and I want to keep running to the ER because I don't know what to do anymore. Has anyone had anything like this before? It's ruining my relationship with my wife.

I get the same on and off.. I used to dread bed time. Not so bad now as I keep telling myself I'm fine and do relaxation breathing. It is hard when you fear the worst but if you been checked over by docs.. All being well and had it before its likely to be anxiety.Hope this helps xx

I'm going through this and I'm tired of going to the ER. I'm perfectly healthy so they say. Do you need glasses?
