Blood veins becoming more visible?

Has anyone noticed their blood veins becoming more and more noticeable? I don't know if I should make a doctors appointment or what it's scaring me.

I have this. And I always think why are all my veins easy to see. Was at the doctor the other day for horrible anxiety and asked about the veins. She had no idea. I'm thinking of asking my Endocrinologist next. I'm very self-conscious about them.

Mine have shown up over the past 2 yrs. Have you thought of seeing your doc and asking?

Yes I will on my next visit. I'm sure by now they are tired of seeing me
