I have suffered from anxiety for years now but its gotten pretty bad lately. I am dizzy almost all the time, which scares me and adds to my anxiety almost putting me into a panic attack numerous times throughout the day. Ive had scans done and everything has come back fine. Does anyone else suffer from severe dizziness due to anxiety?

yes I have had dizziness for over 10 years now for years I lived with it and didn't live a very eventful life, i used to self-medicate with alcohol as I found that would help the more I drank, that eventually led to a drinking problem however. So I quick drinking 3 years ago and have been focusing on getting my head straight and my life back on the right track. I have had all the blood test's and many other tests's but all the dr's I have seen have put it down to anxiety, I have been on antidepressants some helped a little but never stopped it completely some made it much worse, I have now decided to stay away from the antids. I have been taking lorrasapan as for the last year or so and that I find works better than anything else I have tried to date. I take two a day in the morning and that generally gets me through the day but that does depend on stress levels if i drink coffee, etc etc. at most i take 3 a day. I am still trying other things such as St johns wart and Karva at the moment, i am going to keep trying as i do not want to be using lorazepam the rest of my life as i am only 34, but at the moment it is allowing me to live a normal life without consistently feeling light headed and dissy and feeling like i could pass out at any moment! I hope this help and i would love to hear from anyone who has tried and succeeded with anything else as i know how deliberating this can be.
