Anxiety/ naseous

Hey guys just wondering does anyone's anxiety ever start with being naseous??? I have been getting naseous everyday and then I feel like my chest starts hurting and my left arm feels heavy/ tight?

Hey I know a few people who have told me this they start of with nausea and the other symptoms .. Just make sure you consult with your Doctor on all of your symptoms ao you can have hat peace of mind ... How this help

I had an EKG done and it came back a little abnormal but he told me it's nothing to worry about. But he scheduled me to wear a 24 heart monitor next week just for peace of mind

K I see that good I might get one myself ... let him know if he can do a Echo Just to play it safe ... Hope all goes well and I've gone through most of the symptoms they ain't easy at all at this moment I'm having cramp like symptoms from my neck to sow to my chest and arms along with shortness of breath and upper abdominal and cheat pressure really feign kinda crappy .. Might take a Klonopin and see if that helps I have on a need to take basis only was prescribe about two months ago the Buspar ain't doing much on me now ....

Yeah he wants to do an echo too but even with my insurance it's 609 dollars so I'm gonna have to wait on that. And yeah I'm feeling the same things that you're feeling too! Ughhhhh anxiety. I try to tell myself it's not heart related because I'm only 24 and very athletic. It sucks

It's so bad to feel this way I'm just laying in my sofa hoping and praying this symptoms go away ... Hope you feel better let me know if any new symptoms occur .. I might take the Klonopin been wanting to take it since yesterday just to have a ok night n pray that it helps last I took was over three ago .25mg only n it helped a bit but not sure how I woke up the next morning ...

Some people say that the upper andominal pressure can be also caused by Gerd but I'm not feeling any avid reflux even tho my doctor prescribed me omeprazole I stopped taking them cause I felt they gave me side effects now I'm not sure if it was the pill or anxiety cause I'm having this effects n I haven't taking it for a whole

I was having the same symptoms and they said I have gerd. I am too taking omeprazole, but it doesn't seem to work. I am now feeling a weird feeling where it feels like my body is trembling inside

This symptoms are crazy it's like you don't know what kind of day your gonna have .... Everyday is a new day either with the same symptoms. Or new ones ... I just want a normal day that's all .. Did the omeprazole help with the upper pressure or chest pressure you was feeling ? And I'm telling you i had the trembling in the beginning of taking Citalopram and many more aide effects over a four day period it was crazy ...

Yeah it's like some days you wake up feeling good and then later on it just hits you out of nowhere with something new or like you said the same thing. It's so frustrating .

And it helps a little bit not too much. I still feel it. And yes idk why I feel like I'm trembling I don't take any meds

Really that's amazing I wish I can turn back time four months ago ... I wouldn't be on any meds to me honest . I'm so scared to even stop the Buspar and it's not suppose to have any withdraws but I I know all meds have some type of withdraw ... In def thinking of stoping the meds .. Truly proud of you . Would you ever consider anything natural ? Also how do you cope with all this symptoms ? Pls I need some of that knowledge and strength ..

Yeah I'm wanting to do something natural. I don't want to get on any medication because of side effects . And basically all I really try to do is pray. I get my strength from God. I feel like he is my biggest medicine . He can cure anything.

Amen to that ... I also pray and I know we all who pray to him will get through this .. The reason I took the meds I was so out if anything that could have helped me at that moment I didn't question .. My situation and symptoms at the moment didn't allow me to think straight ... I'm hoping to get off this soon ... Have you tried Calms Forte by Hylands inc. they suppose help or Orchex by standard processs that suppose to be good me natural my ex take Calms Forte and I started seeing a Kinesiologist and she gave me Orchex along with some other natural pills I started Taking them but then stopped because I wasn't feeling well when I started them and I'm still not feeling too good ... Give them a try I'm praying to God that this Dr. Kinesiologist was God sent and hat she can help me get through this she told me she has many patients with this problem .. Yes do some research i don't know where you live but if your in NY my Kinesiologist name is Dr. Alicia Armitstead she is on 3rd Ave NY NY I was referred to her by a friend ... I will definitely keep you posted ..

It's hard to explain they work with your body and they understand every organ in your body it's a natural way to look into the human body they use technics with your arm up and press on different parts of your body a lot of them are also Chiropractors and acupuncturist also nutritionist... The worst thing I did was start my treatment with meds but she is going to help me off them she has helped many people she suppose to be one f the best read it on google you will have a more understanding of what they do
