does anyone have constant anxiety symptoms? I have chest tightness daily

Generally this is an indication of stress, you should see your GP and they will decide if something is wrong. Also they may give you something to calm you down

I've gotten breathing tests and heart tests. they have all been normal.

Hello Katie

Sometimes in life we need to do or take medications that we do not want to take. Life is all things we do not like and sometimes we are forced to do something we would prefer not to do. You need sometimes to grin and bare it. especially if you want to be healthy and get better

Yes Katie and like you I hate pills but it was my last resort to help. Good luck hun but plz see your GP pills for a while will help x

Oh I was on a bunch of different meds. they make me feel worse

I am too but tried coming off the valium that was worse than the attacks so gotta do it slowly but am sick n tired relying on pills

I have constant anxiety symptoms. 24/7. Mine affect my head more. Lightheaded, feeling faint and head pressure are the main ones.

Not at the minute. I must confess I took myself off them. I too hate taking meds and was convinced they were making me worse.

Me too. It's on my mind all day everyday. But it is starting to stop me going out so I want to get it under control before it becomes any worse!!

So the lump they saw near your heart I think you said , that is nothing to worry about ?

Maybe when you get all this sorted you might start to feel a little bit better x

yes and the abnormality he saw on the ct scan was actually normal. He spoke to the radiologist and it was just enlarged thymus tissue.

I don't have any symptoms that bad, or strong but please make sure you keep up with your meds.
