I have been suffering anxiety for the last 3 months would love to talk to someone

Hi chat on here it's a brilliant site!! Always someone had the same or worse anxiety! tips on how to deal with it! Do you know what triggers yours?

Hi thanks for reply I don't really no what starts my anxiety I do have two disabled grand bio one serious and I find at times very hard to deal with also problems with my son I find the mornings when I wake very hard panicking I have been given Citalopram 20mg by my doctor I have been taking it for 6 days ago but been suffering side effects but my doctor wants me to keep trying with them can you help ?

I am a fellow anxiety sufferer and also a student nurse. I am in the process of setting up a self help website and soon to be charity that will hopefully help people like us who need a bit of relief, someone to talk to whenever they feel unhappy, anxious, upset, depressed or anything else.

It's dedicated specifically to depression and anxiety sufferers and will provide buddy's, mentors and advocates that people can talk to in a variety of ways instead of speaking to doctors, family, friends; give you a chance to speak about your worries or issues without any judgement or time limits.

I've also added an online forum, online chat and group discussion option as well as a send it away box - a chance to get all your feelings down without the judgement from anyone.

The pages are still in provisional planning stages but it may help a lot of you - as it's been designed from the research I've carried out on fellow sufferers. Please take a look and share it around - let's end this suffering in silence, thank you.

U are not alone at all there is ways someone on here willing to help or to talk to

Peoples anexity varieties I av been suffering for around 3 maths also on cliptropram 1g n 50mg amytrptline which helps lots I also had side effects w the cliptropram but it soon passed

Chin up n think positive there is light at the end of the tunnel 😀

May not seem like it now whisky ur at ur lowest but if u stay positive that's how to beat the bloody illness n there's only u that can do that xx
