I been going through having panic and anxiety attacks for awhile. It scares the hell out of me. I'm having one now. It feels like I'm about to die. I just need someone to talk to.

Try taking a shower. Running water always helps me when I'm having a panic attack. hope it passes soon!

You are going to feel better now that you have told someone else of your panic / anxiety. Lay back and take nice deep breaths. Think of a field of flowers,

Think of someone giving you a nice back rub. Think that each of us who reads your post here as caring that you are feeling better. Take more deep breaths.

Now, don't you feel better ? Write back, when you get up and tell us how you are

feeling now. You are going to have a nice, refreshing night's sleep !

Hugs to you, dear one.

One thing that comforts me during a panic attack is the fact that they only last around 10-15 minutes...so just know it will pass shortly and don't forget to breathe your way through it.

Don't worry you will be okay . I hate them too but I'm still alive you'll be fine . Just relax think positive and take deep breaths. When ever I get one I pray and ask to be heeled and it helps me . Hope you feel better . Oh also try taking tums yes tums like the ones you take for acid reflex . They Have Calcium ANDROID Helps For Anxiety.

When in shower, turn water up as hot as u can stand it. Stay under water for few minutes and then turn water cold and stand under that for few minutes. Do this couple times. It will take your mind of your panic attack and it regulates your mind and body. Good luck.

Hi there, I had a panic attack 2.00am this morning, I was feeling like you scared and just hoping it would pass which it did after doing my breathing and drinking lots of water, but trying to get back to sleep worried me so I sat up watching T.V till well after 3am and then I drifted off, your not alone feeling like you do, just remember that, and I love being able to chat on these sites with others who are experiencing the same thing, hang in there you'll be fine.

I was having panic attack last night too. I feel for you! Hang in there! You are not alone! I sure hope you feel better and have energy today! My energy is low from my night of anxiety and stomach issues. I have horrible thoughts so I try to redirect my thinking! We are here for you and understand 💛 big hugs💛
