I have been having panic attacks for a while, since October of 2014, and they don't seem to get any better. I have them at school in PE. does anybody know any ways to deal with panic attacks? 💖

I used to have panic attacks. Used to. The thing is, to get them gone, is not be afraid of them. Say that if they happen, they happen. They don't mean danger, just cortisol rush. When it loses the threat, you lose the fear and they go away.

Breathe and just go with it. It will go away. Since it happens in PE, concentrate on whatever exercise or activity you are doing. I usually take long walks and do my breathing exercises. They will go away. Also stay HYDRATED.
