Health anxiety ..relief πŸ˜”?

Hi.

I want advice on how to deal with health anxiety. I think on every ache or little soreness , twinge or itch I get , i want relief. I cry sometimes because of this . It's like some obsession. I have to google every little thing . Like earlier had the tiniest pinch near my eyebrow & temple area ...& I'm like obsessive over it. Nothing else & I mean nothing else is bothering me , plus the pinch went away ..I'm thinking about it of course. I'm frustrated , & embarrassed over this. I made post on this before , & got some basic advice , but if anyone could add anything else....I'd appreciate it. I'm anxious but cool at the moment lol. 😊 this makes me totally insecure but I'm learning ways to get confident & not be anxious.

Anxiety is the problem....your sub-conciously have focused on health, it could have been spiders,crowded places,money...these are all subjects.

Anxiety the problem...health the subject.

Meds may help short term, but understanding fear ,although it is not a nice feeling it is not part of your essence. As it comes and goes,and anything that comes and goes is not permanent, it is not part of you.

Your mind is doing this because it is not relaxed, you must take your foot of the accelerator, be kind to yourself.

As the poem says..you are a child of the universe...l

I understand how ,u feel I feel exactly the same right! Now I Google every thing just wanna feel normal again :'(

Obsession is an exhausted racing mind locking on to something .....you mind is working to much...lol.

Try going to sleep with some favourite slow relaxing music playing quietly in the background....

When you wake up play it as you get ready.....

Watch the difference given time....

Ps. Not sad music...ha ha
