Yep, I've had this...in fact I got it today, coupled with leg, arm and neck muscle tension... at one point in the past I had it so bad the muscle(s) went into spasm in my back which was pretty scary, and painful.

In hindsight, the anxiety associated with this was causing a vicious cycle... live and learn! If you're really concerned grab a session or two of physiotherapy to work out the tension.

That's what I'll be doing tomorrow!
