Headaches
I suffer with headaches really bad where they make me ill.... Some times I cant get out of bed, lift my head, run my fingers though my hair, touch my head, i have been for ct scans but they show everything is fine there put them down to migraines and cluster headaches, the longest I had one for was about month everyday allday
I suffer from severe headaches. They come with no warning and go when they are ready! The only thing that takes the edge of it is IMIGRAN injections. I used to spend a lot of time at a & e as sometimes the injections didn't work and I woukd literally be screaming with the pain. Luckily, I have a sympathetic GP , who prescribed me morphine in liquid form so that I could take something immediately, rather than a 4 hour wait at a & e!
I've had all the tests and brain scans, and apart from 5 small white lesions(lupus related?) they show nothing abnormal .
I suffer from severe migraines and I have been to a headache specialist and was told there just going to get worse as I get older. I wake up with one and go to bed with one they tend to get worse through out the day and severe by bed time. Morphine doesn't take my migraines away as I have a high tolerance for pain so it's hard for me when it comes to pain medication. I've had migraines since I was 7 and as I got older they took over my life just like my anxiety, panic disorder
They are the worst thing to suffer from especially if you suffer every day with them. I get aura which is when you see spots in your vision and I get nausea and weak. I have a spot on the top of my head that gets real hot. My eyes burn so I have eye drops and I put them in the fridge and keep them chilled so when I use them it feels a lot better when I have a migraine and I use ice packs. They have gotten so bad I've passed out. Also my veins on my arms and on both sides of my temple bulge out which is my body telling me I'm in pain everybody's signs, symptoms are different. If you haven't gone to the doctors to be seen I'd make a appointment ASAP so your not suffering anymore.
Good luck. Tracey
