I have ok days and really down days. I think it's helped a lot as I have 3 children (ones a baby).
My left arm/shoulder has been playing up but seems more so when I think about it. What started your anxiety can I ask? And are all tests you've had, come back normal?
My left arm and shoulder are also playing up and like a fool I checked google and now fear the worse. The tests Ive had done are all clear but I'm unable to relate that to myself and always think the worst with every little ache and pain or spot on body. I've been finding it really hard to motivate myself and do anything, I've not been eating properly and have lost weight. I just want to feel normal again and get on withy life. M
It sounds like you've lost weight due to lack of food. You know what the aches/pains in your arm and shoulder could be? Trigger point pains. Or as most of us know them as muscle knots. When your tensed, your muscles shorten in length. Is your upper back sore too? I would seriously contemplate maybe a sports massage if this is so.
And don't forget it takes at least 2 weeks for antidepressants to even start working so don't give up on them.
I'm looking to get booked in for a sport massage. The upper back is sore sometimes but not all the time. I hope the anti depressants kick in soon
I think the massage will do you good. It is likely to feel uncomfortable though. But will be worth it.
Antidepressants can actually make you feel worse before they start to make you feel any better and that's a fact.
And if I can offer you advice which I should accept myself is; do not do any more googling!!
