Are you doing anything to try and combat it and if so what please ? 😏

I had this some. I used to also get panic attacks in the night. One thing I did, was literally not care. When you go to bed, don't think, "oh my gosh, if I don't get to bed, I'm not going to feel good tomorrow!" Change it to, "If I don't get to sleep, big deal. I'll catch a nap tomorrow. No biggie. Right now I'm just going to get comfortable and think of something pleasant."

It makes a HUGE difference
