I've suffer from anxiety is brainfog a symptom wat comes with my anxiety I cannot concentrate and poor memory

Yes it's a common symptom I suffer from it too I forget what I'm doing and sometimes I find it hard to concentrate on long articles etc.

Thank aazz it's so annoying I put the kettle this morning but within a few seconds I forgot I did it

Yes I find this symptom so frustrating I once couldn't remember my child's birthdate at the doctor when I was filling out forms that actually really scared me lol
