Will sleep , can't sleep , won't sleep

Hi everyone , at least those who are wake at this hour , feel tired so hopefully won't be long had to get up for milky hot drink & ham sandwich, I had the munchies ,As well as a bit of anxiety , im.getting a lot of tension headaches recently , been doing more hours at work &;my son is having some teeth out on Friday , he is 3 bless I'm so anxious about every aspect if my life at the min certainly keeping me on my toes , maybe just need some tlc and some lazy relaxing days to snooze. Il keep smiling , well here goes for some sleeeeeep big hugs binkynoo.

I always do streches and at bedtime put hot water bottle inside pillow case behind neck..mostly relaxes and helps sleep
