Dizzy and headache

This is my first time doing this so wasn't sure what should be put in title.

Problem is I woke up a week ago and felt dizzy which made me feel like i was going to be sick,had to take day off work.last time I had this was 2years ago.had it a lot in my twenties now 54,it used to last week's then and had tests done,heard nothing about results,this time its left me having headaches especially in the morning,when I wake I feel I can hardly open my eyes like I haven't slept much. When I press the lower side back of my head it hurts.getting worried now.
