possible cancer diagnosis and very scared

I had a recent cyst removed from my pelvis and sent off for biopsy but they didnt do a cytology test on the contents of the cyst

all of a sudden i get a mass increase in eye floaters that are big and thick and very obtrusive and bone pain in various areas. Just feeling very sick now

weightloss, eyefloaters, loss of appetite, very dry skin, swollen lymph nodes in neck and recent diagnosis of diverticula at 37 years of age

my doctors are not doing anything saying that they are all insignificant changes and that the lymph nodes are nothing to worry about even though they have been swollen for well over a year now

Ive lost alot of weight an im getting bone pain in various parts of my body my recent bloods showed:

im really worried about this one because it is linked to malignancy but the doctors are saying its insignifiicant
