Does anyone else feel like being burned out from the job and being a single mom since over a decade and no family around?
I'm having humming feelings and tinnitus in neck. Feel like I'm not completely there. Hard to function at work and hard to do things when off.

Part of anxiety and depression leaves you very tired because your mind is in overdrive you feel exhausted all the time . Sounds silly but if you can have walk or do any exercise it helps . Ian
Hey Ian! Thanks for your reply. The weird thing I don't feel tired feeling my brain is always the winner. It is really frustrating. I have to get myself to do exercise. I used to have a friend which I walked every week but since her mom is sick she doesn't have time anymore. She lives about 25 minutes from here :(.
I always feel like I might pass out but never does. Doc put me on Prozac justl last week. Taking 10 mg for now.
I have to take medication for my depression and anxiety and have had to realise I might have to take for life which I don't mind as long as it keeps the dark thoughts away . I live in Sussex which is a beautiful place to live and walk in . Ian

They all moved because Michigan is great and all, I suppose, but my area has not a lot going on. If I could afford it I would leave. Even my daughter moved to Atlanta Georgia which I encouraged due to the aforementioned. The weather is also not ideal. After that we became estranged (not my daughter) due to family issues, which is much worse.
