Last year I got Vertigo, never been right since. Keeps dropping in and out and now I seem to have headaches with it along with feeling tired and I have no concentration. Been suffering from anxiety for years and wondered if it is some how linked? Keep getting given tablets for the vertigo which don't seem to be too effective and stopped taking because it makes me drowsy.
Any advice is much appreciated!
Feeling tired and poor concentration, headaches and "fuzzy head" along with fatigue are all symptoms of anxiety. I would go to the doctor to have anything else ruled out but they'll probably tell you the same. Try to have them prescribe you an SSRI like Zoloft and see if that helps with the physical symptoms.
I am currently having the same fuzzy head feeling, with the decline in conentration. Doesn't help when studying for A-levels.
Did you get over this? It keeps coming and going and is thoroughly getting on my nerves.
