I'm a single mom since 12 1/2 years. The divorce very hard but I managed very well and I work hard but since almost 2 months I haven't been the same. I have ringing buzzing sound on one side of my head, had MRI which came out clear. Been on Blood Pressure medication which made me feel even weirder changed the medication. My two best friends moved away and they are too busy with their lives. I have no other friends here. My son is a teenager now so I guess the worry has growns more now.

Hello
It sounds like you have been coping very well but sometimes it can take something like our health causing a few problems to trigger of anxiety
I know I take blood pressure tablets & took a few changes before I found one that suited me , I hope these you are taking now even though we have to give them a chance suite you better but if not then don't be afraid to go back & let them know , I don't know I am taking mine now & they keep my blood pressure in check so it was worth while persevering with them & you do get used to them
Good news the MRI scan came back fine try & see that as a positive , the ringing in your ears could be an inner ear infection or you could have tinnitus , neither of them life threatening but a pain to cope with , have you asked your doctor about these kinds of possibilities maybe been a cause to the problem ?
Are you still working , I wonder as I know when our lives get empty as children grow up that void can leave us so much time to think if you have any work colleagues you could arrange to meet up with , have you any groups that you would be interested in where you live that you could join to meet new people & help keep you occupied , has there been a hobby you used to do or have always fancied doing that now you have more time on your hands you could take up
Some people have dogs & when they are taking them for a walk they say that is a good opportunity to get out & as they are walking their dogs they have met others walking theirs & built friendships up , I am not sure what Country you live in so I don't know what is available to you so just some ideas that may not be possible where you are located , but you can always talk to others on here & they will understand how you feel x
To add to my message my doctor says I have anxiety. I recently had a breast biopsy which came out benign. I wasn't really worry about it because I was feeling so out of everything.
Thank you Tigger for your message. Yes I'm still working but it is a struggle every day now.. I used to take anmlodipine but I believe that made me feel being out of this world. Since Saturday I'm taking Linsinopril it seems to make me feel a little better. When I read my left eye goes weird. The eye doctor said that I have astigmatism. It makes me feel very uncomfortable when the eye asks up. Also when I do certain head movements the noise in head gets bad and makes my skin on right side feel weird. The MRI was for IAC so I don't know if it would see everything in brain. Going to Chiropractor now but I think I won't go anymore. On my days off I stay home don't feel like doing anything. I really thing amlodipine messed me up. I started taking those after the MRI.
